White Meadows Needs You!

At White Meadows children and teachers are working hard with parents to improve school attendance. The school council has put forward ideas for rewards to encourage better attendance and punctuality. This is what Adam , a Year 5 council member,  had to say about school attendance, ” We will be putting up posters to encourage children to come every day so that they can learn.”

Liam another councilor added, ” I think this is good because we will get a better education if we are at school every day that we can be.” The first class to be awarded the attendance cup was Cherry in year 5. The children were very pleased. Ester said, ” I was surprised that we won the cup . Hopefully, we will win it again next week!”

Sadly for Cherry Class, the cup went to Rowan ! Congratulations to Year 2
